About Alexa

Born and raised in Lincoln City, Oregon, Alexa Howell is a self-described “coastie” at heart, but she loves the city life and grew up traveling all over the world. While working to graduate in three years with a bachelor’s degree in business management from George Fox University in Newberg, Alexa started as an intern for a local real estate team during her senior year. The fast-paced, constantly fluctuating, people-centered, and inspiring environment was a good fit, and she’s been working in real estate ever since.

Between her degree and work experience, Alexa has mastered sales contracts and negotiation, and she wins over clientele with her great customer service and problem solving. A thoughtful strategist, she helped businesses keep growing during the pandemic by finding unique solutions for them. Between her people skills, work ethic, and problem-solving prowess, her clients are treated with respect and care throughout the entire real estate process.

Alexa loves ballet, track and field, and anything related to water sports and the ocean. She married her high school sweetheart, and they now reside in Lake Oswego. “I know a great place when I see it — that’s why I’m in Oregon, and it’s why I’ll never leave,” she says.
