Alex has worked with several of my clients as well as my own family. I was extremely impressed with how he handled our closing. We took his expert advise during the sale of our condo and it was under contract within 18 days and closed within 60 days. I'll get into details in a minute, but I am pretty sure all you need to know about Alex is he sold my house in 20 days, for $10k more than another agent was even willing to list it for. Alex is perfect for the business person, or the individual that just wants it done right, and done right now. He won't bother you with the unimportant details, but he'll keep you informed on the process. He peppers the world with marketing material, and always treats your property like it’s his biggest listing (and i can assure you mine was not).
