Alex Canseco was very professional from beginning to end. He found a buyer in a week during an open house, which was fantastic! I did not have any help from family and friends to assist me in packing initially but he was kind enough to step in and go over and beyond what is required by a real estate agent to ensure that I had everything done by helping me hisself. He made what could have been a nightmare much easier.

He answered the phone when I called almost every time and if not, he was sure to call me right back. He ironed out any paperwork issues that arose from the buyer and we closed on the settlement date.

Alex stands out above the rest and I highly recommend him to anyone buying their new home.🥰
