About Alexander

An expert in selling inherited property, Alex Feierman has been in the New Jersey real estate business since 2014. He is appointed by the court to sell estate property.

Alex is passionate about his primary goal, squeezing every dollar out of his client’s inherited property. He gets great satisfaction when the sale is complete, and he hears the family’s relief and happiness.

“Getting the highest sale price means everything because it’s often the estate’s biggest asset,” he says. “The proceeds will fund life-changing events such as retirement or college.”

Alex was inspired by his father, who took immense joy in working with the elderly in the medical field. Alex absorbed his father’s work ethic and delight in helping people.

When Alex was 26 his father passed away, and Alex assisted his mother in handling the estate. “It left me with empathy for my clients as they go through the trying emotional and financial process of selling an estate,” he says.

This makes Alex extra protective of the family when investors come sniffing around the property, trying to snap it up for 60% of its actual value. It’s his personal mission to make sure the family gets full value.

Early on, Alex wanted to be a lawyer and paid his way through law school with summer jobs in real estate. But during his legal training, he realized he was more enthusiastic about and better suited to the get-out-of-the-office, entrepreneurial world of residential property.

No regrets! And while Alex doesn’t practice law or offer legal advice, he does work closely with the attorneys who serve his clients. Alex grew up in NYC but is a happy, longtime New Jersey resident. He is very close with his family, including his mother, sister and three nephews. He’s sure he’s spotted early signs of real estate talent in the youngest boy.
