Alexander Koutrouby

After obtaining his Bachelors Degree from CW Post LIU in Business Management Alex started his career in Real Estate Appraisal. Working in the commercial appraisal department for Citi Bank, his passion for the industry continued to grow. After nine years in Commercial Real Estate, Alex has transitioned to the residential side and has devoted himself to buyers and sellers alike. Alex loves working with people on things that truly matter to them, and he understands that the buying or selling of one's home is about as important as it gets. What sets him apart from other Real Estate Agents is his valuation background, dive/devotion, and his ability to truly listen and understand his client's wants and needs.

Having lived on Long Island for his entire life, Alex has helped buyers and sellers with homes across Long Island and he continues to keep his finger on the pulse of the market. Joining Team Scher in 2019, which now has over 20 agents and is the fastest growing Real Estate Team Year over Year. In his free time, Alex likes to slow things down by enjoying nature. His family has owned a cabin up state in the Adirondacks for four generations. He enjoys working on and driving his classic car, and even plays the occasional video game. He is also a fitness nut who tries to get to the gym at least 5 times a week at his local CrossFit box and even Coaches several classes a day.
