I am beyond grateful for Alexander Prewitt and his team. My home need repair before I could list it and Alex not only advised me me on what repairs and designs would bring the most financial return ( he was spot on ) he had a team of licensed contractors ready to carry out the plan. Every step of this overwhelming task was executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Alex’s knowledge and compassion made me feel secure through out the construction and when it came time to sell his professionalism and class brought several full price offers the first day. Alex was wonderful. He makes himself very available to his clients and is very responsive. He has a very calming and confident presence and just makes every conversation and negotiation go that much smoother. Alex and Rise made selling my home a great experience. Before hiring Alex I spent months trying to sell my home. Once we crossed paths with Rise we were given multiple options to get my home sold and given the time needed to move out comfortably. He did just what the TV said that he would do, sold my home quicker than anybody could imagine, myself included. I even stayed in my home for 30 days after closing. Which gave me enough time to get a moving company and a place for them to deliver my furniture to. Very happy with the way Alex and his crew have helped me with this whole process, most of which I had no real idea of what goes into selling a house as quickly as my house got sold. Worked with Alex to sell my home as quick as possible after we put a contingent offer on a home. We sold our home within a week of listing and closed 2 weeks before the close date of our new home. We did end up selling for about 15K over the highest sell in the neighborhood even with a comp that closed a month prior.
Alex was easy to work with and understood the urgency and even offered advice on our home purchase even though he wasn’t our buy side broker. I would definitely recommend Alex, and look forward to listing more homes with him as long as he is in the business.
