Ale is an amazing professional that has a few really important and rare skills. She is able to find hidden gems with huge upsides by envisioning the potential of a space rather than just its face value. She has a very deep understanding of the process and can use it to hunt for bargains in any price range. She always seems to have a few more tricks up her sleeve and uses timing, quick communication, and good relations and connections with other professionals in the business to your advantage. Thanks to Ale we were able to find the perfect home that fit our needs with a ton of potential and huge upside for waaay less than similar homes. After a couple months of hard work, painting, and cutting new trim our home looks and feels like a brand new build and is bigger and better than any home we thought we could afford in our dream neighborhood without even having to waive any inspections or add crazy buffers. Better yet, we made a new friend and a life-long professional connection that we will definitely be going to if we ever need to move! I would recommend her to anyone, do yourself a favor and set up a consultation!

Ale was amazing to work with. As first time homeowners, we realized we didn’t know much about buying. Ale walked us through the entire process—some of the steps, multiple times. She found properties that fit our needs and wants in a house in Madison. Ale always made time for us, to show homes, walk through the buying process, and putting in offers. Without Ale, we wouldn’t have found our home. It wasn’t on our radar but, she sent us the listing and we were in constant communication with her through the offer and buying process. As an entrant into the world of home-buying, I had difficulty knowing how to even get started looking for a place to live that didn't mean renting another apartment. I had decided this year, however, I would find a more permanent place to live in Madison.

Ale was an experienced and helpful navigator throughout the entire journey whether it be helping to educate me on the whole process of buying a home to just being a cool friend with an honest opinion. In addition, she made careful and excellent recommendations on finding a mortgage loan provider and inspector.

We found a nice place for a great price due to Ale's expertise in the housing ecosystem of Madison and due to her skills in negotiating with the sellers of the home. I would recommend anyone coming from a similar position in Madison to work with Ale in finding a new place to live! Thank you!

Ale is by far the most amazing realtor I have ever worked with. Our family moved to Madison from Florida this past year and really had no knowledge of the area, Ale, helped us navigate Madison and the surrounding areas. She listened to our needs and wants and showed us so many houses. She never complained, she drove all over the world for us. Not only was so knowledgeable but she was friendly, so friendly. She is honest and caring and knew the answers to all our questions. We ended up buying an amazing beautiful home and also got a friend out of the deal. I will never use another realtor!!

I used Ale to sell my late sister’s house. Though it was a beautiful house in a desirable area, it needed a lot of work to get it ready to sell. Thank you Ale!! We happened to meet Ale during an open house that she was hosting early in our home buying journey. A different property came up during conversation and when we asked for information about it, she followed through on getting us the information and one simple follow up. We were drawn to Ale because she wasn't pushy, smothering or overzealous in her approach. She helped to find us a new home and listed (and sold) our previous house.
