As an active realtor in the Portland market since 2000 I have experienced both the highs and the lows of the market place. My certifications include GRI Graduate Realtor Institute, and CNE Certified Negotiating Expert. Portland continues to be a wonderful place to live, and I find this true with the buyers I meet each year that are new to the area. We have a lot of fun exploring the different neighborhoods until they find one that fits their needs and expectations. Homes are a passion of mine, and I love the hunt for a new home for my clients. We work together as a team to determine the best fit.

As a listing agent my goal is to educate the seller on what the current market is doing on their home's value. I work to educate my clients on what will help bring them the biggest return on the sale of their home. Sometimes the news is not what they want to hear, and we work on how to make changes that will help out the bottom line.

A little about me. I moved to Portland in 1986 after graduating from the University of Oregon. my husband, a native, and I live with our 3 children in the Bridlemile neighborhood.. Portland is now my home and I love the proximity to both the mountains and the ocean! Over the years I have been a girl scout leader, and regularly volunteer in my children's classrooms. Realestate allowed me the flexibility to be available for my kids, and have a career at the same time!
