She carefully assembled a pictorial array showing the beauty of place and wonderful views of downtown. She knew just who to market to. My condo attracted immediate attention and sold quickly.

We first reached out to Ally when we were ready to buy our first home. It was 2020, the year when the world shut down. The uncertainty and unknowns of buying a house during COVID were really stressing us out, but Ally was always positive and reassuring that we will find our perfect home. With her help we were able to find a lovely townhouse that perfectly fit our needs and budget!

A few years later, new telework policies had made a good home office a must for us and our new baby girl was making our house start to feel small, so we once again turned to Ally to help us find a new home. When we found and fell in love with our forever home, Ally’s offer strategy helped us to avoid a bidding war and quickly close on it.

For selling our townhouse, Ally walked us through everything we needed to do to get it ready for market and worked with us to set an asking price that we were comfortable with and was right for the current market. We sold our house above the asking price within 4 days of putting it up for sale, had zero issues found during the home inspection, and were able to push up the closing date to free us from the mortgage as soon as possible. As a first time selling experience, it couldn’t have gone better!

Ally quickly responded to our many questions, kept us informed through every step of the process, and helped us to stay on top of everything we needed to do. With our hectic lives working full time while also raising a baby, there were times we forget to sign a document or respond to an email, but Ally would always send us friendly reminders to keep us on track and avoid any problems. She even helped us with researching housecleaners when we were overwhelmed with trying to find one. We have the highest confidence in Ally and cannot recommend her more to anyone in need of a realtor.

Alexandra Ryan exceeded my expectations as my realtor for my first home purchase. I had previously started the home buying process a few years prior but ultimately it did not work out (for the best). In January 2021 I decided to reach out to Alexandra after meeting her through our trainer/ gym. She was so nice as I explained my previous experience and how I wanted to do things differently and create a plan. She constantly took the time to explain things to me and was responsible and responsive. While I had wanted to create a plan, the universe had a different plan I ended up putting an offer in on a home within a few months. That home fell through (thank god) and the overall process hit a few road bumps along the way, but with her guidance, we found my first home. I closed in May 2021 and have loved every moment in my home. I am so thankful I had Alexandra on my side to guide (and reassure) me through the intimidating process of buying my first home. I HIGHLY suggest her; you won’t regret working with her. She has since helped me locate various contractors for various needs. I really appreciate that just because the home is now mine, I know she is still there to help me if she can.

Ally was amazing throughout the whole process. As a first home buyer, I was rather nervous about the process and had a whole lot of questions. Ally took them all in stride and not only guided us through the process but made sure to provide all of the information we needed to feel empowered to make decisions. It was through her fantastic planning and negotiating skills that we were able to not only find out home in weekend but also get through the closing in a truly expeditious process.
