Exceeded our expectations. When the buyer experienced issues with their loan approval Alex and her team mediated a deal to ensure no more delays would occur and if they did my family would not be adversely affected. Alexandra is great at what she does! In my line of work i come into contact with realtors almost daily and it's always a pleasure when i speak with her because she knows what she is doing! She has the experience to help you either as a buyer or seller. Transactions often become complicated so make sure you always deal with a top level agent. Alexandra is that top level agent.

I went through 2 previous realtors before meeting Alexandra and Alex was the only realtor that invited me to her office. She wanted to get to know me and my wants in person as opposed to email. Alex was a delight to work with, she was so personable and had a wealth of knowledge. It was great working with an experienced realtor that knows her stuff. The fact of knowing that her entire family worked in the real estate business for many years was reassurance enough for me to put my trust in her. She keeps her client well inform on every part of the real estate transaction which is needed in this type of market. She was also very honest as well which is a valuable commodity when purchasing a home. Not only is she certified but has an intense amount of experience. Compromising either of those is not an option for me when it comes to business transactions. She walked me from start to finish, showing me homes, and all the paperwork involved. She had great inventory and great connections with other agents to make deals happen. I feel confident in stamping my name to all my friends and family. I always recommend her. I am not currently selling or buying but when I get the itch I will definitely call her again. 10/02/2014 - lanilg We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Chula Vista, CA I was very impressed with Alexandra. Being a first time home buyer is a bit nerve wrecking and I was unsure of who would genuinely have my best interests at heart. She did!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I understood the process and was always willing to answer my questions day or night. Although I was unable to buy, her extreme knowledge, promptness and sincerity made the experience easy and enjoyable. She is truly the best at what she does and will definitely be using her again! Not only was Alexandra responsive to my needs, she was proactive in finding properties that were beyond a perfect fit for my family. In addition to the meticulous detail in our search, she was extremely knowledgable in buyer programs that made for a seamless and non stressful buying experience.
