Alex helped us purchase our first home. Working with her was one of the best things that could have happened to us. We used Alex for both our rental company on our house and then as our listing agent when we sold the property. She was professional and an ease to work with the entire time. She answered any questions promptly and always had our best interest at heart. She knows numerous contractors and would consult with multiple ones before finding us the best one for the price. Alex Perecko did a fantastic job selling our house in Norfolk, VA. Initially we were looking for a property manager and she came highly recommended.
