To stay on top of her game, Alexis Bogdan is an enthusiastic outdoor runner who completed two Tough Mudders, 2017 Nation’s Triathalon, and am a “body combater” at Results Fitness.

We are a Navy family and moved to the Alexandria area back in January 2013 without knowing anything about the area. Alexis was referred to us by two other families and was in communication with us before we left our duty station in Japan!! We flew into DC and she picked us up from our hotel and she drove our family around looking at potential homes and helped us find a temporary rental and then ultimately helped us find and purchase our very first home in a competitive market (against 4 other offers) which was a perfect fit for our family!!

Fast forward to Fall 2021; we decided it was time to sell our home and Alexis was definitely our first and ONLY choice to help us take on the challenge and get the job done! Our lovely home had been a rental for a few years ( while we were once again stationed overseas ) and within days of letting her know we wanted to sell; she got her guys in there to fix a few things, touched up the landscaping, had it beautifully staged and it looked like a million bucks in no time at all!!! She knew exactly what to do to highlight the strengths and character of our home and make it shine and got it sold just a few weeks ago in November 2021! Alexis was (is) always professional, responsive, transparent, genuine and holds herself and what she does to the highest of standards! She is a go getter and I had no doubt in my mind that she would get our house sold!!! I would recommend her 💯 to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell their home! Alexis is by far the best realtor we have ever done business with in over 40 years of owning, buying, selling homes in various markets around the country. In by far the most competitive fast moving market we’ve encountered Alexis was absolutely the right agent to help us navigate through it. We learned of Alexis through a a family member who worked with Alexis three times, buying and selling homes in this area. Alexis is smart, organized and proactive. She does thorough and extensive research, she has a 6th sense about the market that in our experience was unerringly accurate. She acts as your advocate.
