About Alexis
Alexis McNeal began her career in property management in 1990 with Century 21 Midlands, where she continues to serve as Property Manager. Under her leadership, Century 21 Midlands Property Management has earned the trust of more than 50 investors and investment groups, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The team also oversees storage units throughout Kearney and the surrounding areas.
Alexis thrives on the dynamic nature of the real estate industry, where no two days are the same. She values the opportunity to work with a wide range of people and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both investors and tenants. Century 21 Midlands Property Management is dedicated to creating value for its clients while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
Her commitment to community involvement is evident through her active participation in organizations such as the Kearney Noon Rotary (past president), Leadership Kearney, PEO, and the YMCA Board. She has also served as past president of the Kearney High Band Parents.
Alexis and her husband, Kirk, are both originally from central Nebraska and are proud to call Kearney home. They have one daughter, Lauren, and enjoy being part of the city’s progressive and welcoming community.
