Lexi! Is hands down ! Best realtor! Always going to refer her! She's even been there for me after buying my home ! First time homebuyer on very competitive market! When everyone else has been finding out the exact same as me ... Buying vs renting even with the rates is still better having my own home than renting at nearly same cost as renting. After 5 yrs renting the owners decided to sell from under me without giving me option to buy.. Giving me basically 2 months to get out. Just myself & my 14 yr old daughter. My previous realtor was finding exact same listings everyone else on the market is finding so I'm competing on my bids & not getting what I would like - & being told to basically pick something even if I don't like it . She came out of the blue like my guardian angel with a townhome literally across the light from our old townhome . With an off market listing already working directly with the owners on selling to me before hitting market ! We were able to close that Monday before that same weekend we had to be out & moved in! Lexi is my saving grace! She goes above & beyond! She even got me a candle, pantry basket, blanket & Nadia cupcakes!! She's been at my beck n call with any new homeowner maintenance questions. She's been overall the best!!

After being told by my previous realtor that I probably wouldn't get a house if I required an inspection, I started working with Lexi! Lexi was so efficient that the first house I saw I bought! Hands down, THE best realtor ever! When we first met Lexi, we had a different realtor who had shown us a few houses, but was super pushy and didn’t care submit an offer lower than listing price of consult with us prior to drafting an offer. Thankfully we weren’t in contract with him to represent us. So we prayed that God would bless us with someone who would help us find a home for our family who outgrew our ‘at-the-time current’ home, and he did! He called the listing agent (Lexi) who had a house listed for sale that we were interested in seeing to show us her listing. Even though that house wasn’t a great fit for us, we asked if she would show us a different house…. The rest was history! Even though it took our family way longer than it should have (& longer than we wanted) she was patient with us and we sort of became family. She got to know us and our kids a little bit and what we were truly looking for. She educated us on the pros and cons of building new versus building established. She advocated for us against the sellers and their realtor. She recommended us to the best financial people and inspector on the planet!! We truly have been soo blessed all because we trusted our gut and called her number on the listing sign. She was with us from start to past finish. She even had a custom sign made for us of our old home that meant a lot to us. We now have told a few friends who are going to be looking to buy and sell in the near future that she is the ONLY person to call. Call Lexi today- you won’t regret it!!
