Alexus was phenomenal! She always kept us updated when selling our house, fought for us on certain issues, and helped us in every possible way she could. Chad was also great when he came to meet us during the house inspection and very personable. I'd already recommended them to my brother, and his house has already been sold also. Highly recommend!

Alexus was very knowledgeable in recommending strategies in selling one of my rental homes in TOW community at a time when prices were dropping due to over building by contractors and planned communities. She also was supportive and understanding in a very difficult housing market. I recommend and would use her again without hesitation.

Alexus was absolutely outstanding! She made sure my Florida closing went through smoothly while also keeping my Illinois sale on track. She went above and beyond, running circles around the realtors in Illinois and making sure every detail was handled. From start to finish, she was fabulous. Previously purchased twice with Alexus, she made the experience delightful and easy!
Decided to list and sell my parent's home with her. While the market was challenging and we had to wait for the right buyer, Alexus was there every step of the way. Alexus did an excellent job counseling me through the process of selling our farm in Ocala. When the buyer had hiccups in his financing, she counseled me properly in order for me to stick with the buyer so that they could get closed. She did an excellent job on all front dealing with me as the seller and the buyer and his agent. I would never hire anyone but Alexus in Ocala Florida, to sell my property

Alexus is an exceptional realtor and makes her clients wants and needs a top priority. I made a move from Maui to Ocala and Alexus worked with me long distance (and dealt with a 6 time zone difference) for several months before I could actually make a visit. She was a thorough communicator, via phone, text, email, even FaceTime (she actually set up a home tour via FaceTime in which she even drove me through the neighborhood while on FaceTime) - whatever it took to help me find the perfect home. I highly recommend Alexus as your next realtor - you won’t be disappointed!

She is also always available and very communicative. Most importantly, she truly cares about her clients and wants to see them happy. One in a million--Alexus is unlike any other Realtor I've EVER worked with in my entire life. She literally saved my real property sale transaction less than 48 hours before the Closing Date, additionally considerably saving me from massive amounts of stress, money loss, a simultaneous out-of-state closing loss, an out-of-state move loss, etc. There is literally no way I could have survived without her. Alexus was so "invested" in me, she made me feel like "family" the entire time I worked alongside her. She is extremely conscientious and truly gifted at what she does. I have never experienced such compassion, empathy, understanding, love, loyalty, and devotion all at the same time from a real estate agent, even though I'm a real estate investor and have purchased/sold more than 4 properties within the last 25 years. She will NOT disappoint--she is truly a treasure and an "Angel" to have by your side. You will not regret it--she is "worth" every penny. Alexus Macblain did a fantastic job for us! Alexus and her husband, Chad, met with us and discussed what we wanted/needed when listing our property. She was willing to adjust her commission and put up with all of our requests. She stayed in touch and always got back to us in a timely fashion.
