I don’t even know how to start this review. Military family stationed in Alaska worried about how we were going to start the process of buying a home from miles and miles away, not being present to shop for a home, time difference, not being familiar with the area and trying to decide on what side of town to live in. The ENTIRE Flores Group took care of it all. We had the honor to work with each and every one of them. Alfonso and Julie ensured we were comfortably settled in and made us feel like a part of their family, were always present and there for the entire process! We are first time home buyers and Marcella and her team have been amazing from the beginning. We were stationed in Hawaii and did the entire house hunting/purchasing process remotely. We worked with Julie to discuss our wants/needs and then she set us up with Marcella. Marcella was very communicative and always available- even with being in a 6 hour time zone difference. We were on a tight budget and houses were hard to come by, but Marcella never gave up and was very proactive as soon as a house came on the market. When we were out of state I found Lawanda and we worked over emails and text, she was very kind, helpful and patient and sent me videos and also did walkthroughs for me. When we arrived Lawanda was always available for home tours and I sent a lot of text with questions in which she was very attentive with responding. It was our first time purchasing a home, so we were all over the place. I met Julie on facebook and from day one she has been so amazing. The Flores Group was absolutely the best realtor group we’ve ever had. Marcella was my personal realtor and she was so kind and open when we met. I feel like we really got to know her pretty well and it felt like family sitting with us. We spent almost the whole day looking for homes in different cities nearby and she got an idea of what I was liking so she took me to a home that wasn’t even on the market yet. The Flores Team is an all-inclusive, white glove service. We are a military family and we bought a home from half a country away. When we found a home we were interested in, Julie was there the next day scoping it out and taking video for us. Lawanda attended the inspection and video called us afterwards to discuss with the inspector. She also arranged for the locks to be changed over after closing and attended that ...even going so far as to cover the cash payment to the locksmith so we could pay her back electronically since we were still not in the area. Alfonso is also very passionate about the area which shows during his facebook videos on neighborhoods and happenings in the Palmetto State.

Bottom line:
1. The Flores team works seamlessly together to take care of their clients.
2. Extremely responsive via phone call and text.
3. Specializes in military moves.
4. Passionate and knowledgeable about the areas in which they operate.
5. Goes the extra mile (or two) to take care of their clients.

I would recommend the Flores team to all of my friends, family, and fellow military families. You cannot go wrong here.

Where to begin? When I first got in contact with Alfonso we had no intention of selling and knowing that he still answered every one of our questions and helped refer us to reliable people that could assist in property management. He never once pressured us to sell. On our own accord, we later decided to sell and got in contact with him again. Not only did he and his team exceed every expectation of a realtor, they went above and beyond to help us and make the transaction as smooth, seamless, and least stressful as possible. Between answering constant questions for us as first time sellers (never once getting upset or annoyed of them), creating a amazing listing for our home, getting us the perfect offer that met our needs, keeping in constant contact and updating us, referring us to people for repairs we needed, all the way up to helping us after closing with temporary housing. We are a military family of 7… yes 7 that was located in Southern Arizona and had PCS orders for fort Jackson. My husband and me heard about the Flores team online and learned they were prior military! I told them what we were looking for, our report date, and they quickly began working. They answered every question I had even if it was crazyyyy (first time home buyers) in a timely manner, and even went overboard with answering the question! Being a military family we have had to move our fair share as well as buy and sell homes. Working with many realtors in the past that were subpar- to be honest we were not looking forward to the buying process in SC. There were many obstacles in our path that impacted this move even more than all the last- we were moving during a housing bubble that made buying feel nearly impossible, we were hundreds of miles away causing us to have no choice but to buy sight unseen (again), we had a newborn as well as all of it in the midst of a global pandemic... it felt like the cards were stacked against us from the start and then....we found the Flores team. I (Kate) stumbled upon the military housing Facebook page Alfonso frequently posts videos on. I frequented this page for a few months learning the area we would soon be living in and learning about the housing market down south. From seeing Alfonsos passion for helping others on the page it lead me to feel like he really cared about the military community and the struggles we go through with housing. When it came time to working with a realtor we contacted the Flores team- they were everything I hoped that they would be and more. They were responsive, driven, understanding, empathetic, professional, timely, personable and truly wanted what was in our best interest. From day one, Julie and Alfonso were very present and made us truly feel like we were their only clients. Julie always made it possible for us to see homes we were interested in and really became our eyes and ears. She was honest and forthcoming with homes she felt weren’t appropriate to meet our needs and helped to guide our decision making process. She quickly became someone we could trust as we felt she worked for us like she would if we were a family member or friend. Alfonso was always quick to meet our needs with putting in offers and communicating consistently and concisely. When we continued to get over bid and it just felt like it was a loosing game- he always met our disappointment and frustration with support and understanding. When the time finally came, He joined us at our closing day and even though it took much longer than it should have, he stayed and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I could ramble on and on about how pleasant and impressive our home buying process went with the Flores team, and I will with anyone who is looking for a realtor in the area. For us though, actions have always spoken louder than words, the Flores team will understand how much we have appreciated them being a part of our story when it comes time to move once again and sell our home & they are the only ones we call.
