Alfonso Motagalvan

Alfonso has been a member of the Lifestyle Real Estate team since 2019. Alfonso's top priority is to find his clients the perfect home, no matter how long the search takes. He works from the heart, which has led him to be a successful realtor year after year. When Alfonso lists his clients' homes, he works tirelessly to get top dollar. His area of expertise starts in Summerville and extends throughout the Charleston Area. Alfonso is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Alfonso was born in Santa Rosa but grew up in Gilroy, California, and is one of six children. His parents and brother live in Veracruz, Mexico. Alfonso graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he was an instrumental part of the Gauchos' run to the 2006 NCAA Division I title. Before finding real estate, he played soccer professionally for over ten years.

While playing for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, Alfonso met his wife, Kristen. They have a son and a daughter. As a family, they enjoy traveling and spending time outside. When they can, Alfonso and Kristen indulge in home improvement projects. In the summer, they love spending time in their garden, where they grow many of their own vegetables.
