My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Al during a time where we were just ready to give up on selling our home and decided we’d just use it as a rental property due to our frustration with our current realtor. After letting her go, we meet Al. After our first meeting with him, I knew it was a match made in heaven. When I called, he answered. When I texted he always replied back almost immediately. I thought geez we must be his only clients, but NOPE we weren’t. He was professional, attentive, and nothing short of amazing to work with. He made the house selling process so easy it was unreal. I would recommend Al to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!!

Alfred did a wonderful job in the listing and sale of our condo. One thing we really liked is that Alfred was really in our corner. His market strategy was realistic and he didn't try to undervalue our property for a quick sale. He also helped us to navigate through the issues arising from multiple offers and advised us wisely.
