Originally from Rochester, Dobbs earned dual degrees in marketing and finance from Syracuse University and a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. A.J. earned 3 Stars from the NY Times as an Executive Chef in NYC and eventually became the General Manager of the famed Oyster Bar and Restaurant in Grand Central Terminal. All of this, before embarking on a successful career as an executive in the garment industry.
