Ally is a superstar! If you want someone to go above and beyond and then some, she is the one! She was immediately so warm and welcoming and completely understanding of our worries about selling our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a thorough run down of what to expect and how to prepare, and when we were finally ready to go live on the market her expertise gained us ALOT of interest FAST. Ally was always there every step of the way with updates and answered any questions day or night, and even made time to play hide and seek with our toddler. The timing of our move was stressful but Ally exceeded all expectations for a realtor and was there for us like family to help in any way shape or form. I could write a novel about how wonderful she is but to sum it up you can put your full trust in her and I would choose her anytime for anything!

I couldn't be more pleased with the process of finding tenants for my first rental property. Algenia went above and beyond the standard listing and showing duties of a realtor. She's an excellent communicator and spent extra time making sure I understood everything that was required as a first time landlord. She even helped me find contractors to do odd jobs. Whether you're buying, selling, or on either side of a rental, I'm sure you'll be just as impressed as I was!

Our experience with Ally was just fantastic. Communication was great, she would be available any day and at any time. She sent information about neighborhoods, schools, shopping for our new house, etc. As first time home buyers, she really made our process smooth and had us up-to-date every single step of the way. I worked with Algenia and her sister Casey purchasing my first home in July 2021. It was a great experience and I would recommend both of them to friends and family. The team was very responsive and always made sure to follow up quickly to my questions. They made the entire process very easy. Overall I had a great experience working with Algenia and Casey.

Ally was extremely helpful throughout our first time home buying experience. She took the initiative asking us when we were available to go out and look. She was also very accommodating of my busy schedule. I really appreciated all the work she did to find houses she thought would fit our needs and created lists of houses to see which included those we had asked to see and some she thought we would like based on previous feedback.
