Ali Burchfield

Prior to Ali Burchfield's career in real estate, she has been in the local construction industry for 29 years. As a state certified general contractor and underground utility contractor, she has vast knowledge of local conditions and construction techniques. She has personally been involved in new construction of one and two story residential dwellings, and many renovation & addition projects as well. She also has many years of experience in residential and commercial site development. As a real estate professional, she offers her expertise in construction and renovation as well as her personal experience in and around the local market. She is a multi generational native of St. Augustine and she was raised right in St. Johns County. Ali looks forward to helping my customers navigate their real estate transaction from beginning to end.
