My experience selling my home and purchasing a new one was all the better because of Ali and her partner Amy Taylor. If you will let them, Ali and Amy will transform your home to a highly sellable property. Ali has a great eye for arranging furniture for the best flow, and Amy has amazing organizational skills. When searching for a new home, their past experiences with flipping and repairs can give you a new perspective on what a house might be worth, versus what you might have to pay to correct issues. They are both very knowledgeable in the VA, FHA, and Conventional loan and inspection processes. They listen to your needs and help you get the best terms for your contract. They are never afraid to or unwilling to ask the questions needed. They will research anything you can come up with. They will help you do the manual work to get your home ready, and they are able to help you find contractors for any repairs needed.
Overall, I didn't get two realtors, I got two people who were looking out for me, and when you're dealing with what can be a daunting process of home buying, they are there to help. When you’re spending so much money, you want someone in your corner that you can trust.
