Ali Ehasan

Ali Ehsan has been specializing in premier residential real estate in San Diego County for more than a decade. The broker of choice of seasoned investors and high-net-worth individuals – many of whom are brokers themselves – he is an acknowledged expert in the Carlsbad, La Jolla, and Downtown San Diego housing markets as well as in commercial real estate throughout California.

Also, a practicing attorney, Mr. Ehsan heads his own office and has been a successful real estate litigator for over ten years. This experience has armed him with unparalleled attention to detail, a wealth of insights into the inner workings of the industry, as well as negotiation skills that have been honed to a fine point. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Business Law at the University of Phoenix and adjunct professor of Economics at the University of Redlands’ School of Business.

Mr. Ehsan holds two degrees from the University of California, San Diego, where he graduated with Latin Honors. He completed his Juris Doctor degree at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco, and founded his full-service real estate brokerage firm while preparing for the California Bar Exam. After passing the bar, he established his own private practice and has since been a dedicated advocate for the best interests of both his legal and real estate clients.

He is passionate about real estate in Greater San Diego, which he believes currently has a much higher return on investment potential compared to other higher priced, lower return areas in California such as the Bay Area, Orange County, and Los Angeles County. Mr. Ehsan has extensive experience in advising wise, wealthy individuals as to their best options in the region.
