Ali Ferrari was an absolutely fantastic agent. She just sold my house (July 2023). She was always available, very communicative and so patient with my many questions and concerns. She went out of her way to make me comfortable and facilitate the sale. She even showed up to my house with her own ladder and replaced the air filters after an AC technician determined the filters were too thick and causing the AC to work harder than necessary. For perspective, I was out of state and unable to do it myself. In another example, she gave me her opinion on an early offer that she felt was a little bit low… for me, it meant a couple thousand dollars. I could have easily been convinced to accept. Instead, she knew a couple thousand dollars mattered and let me know her opinion about the “strength” of the offer. She could have just pushed me to sell and been done a lot sooner but I truly felt she had my best interest in mind. My only problem now is she doesn’t live in my new state and she set the bar high for my next agent. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, you can’t go wrong with Ali. I can’t say enough about the great job she did.

We can’t say enough about Ali ! She is professional, caring and empathic. Ali listened to out must have’s list and went above and beyond for us. She went so far to look for houses that were Under contract but yet not close in case there was any issues for us. She was on her computer daily finding us homes to view and always very flexible with her schedule. She found our home that we purchased by scouring the MLS continually.
