As the third generation to call Venice home, I’ve been delighted to see the surge of growth in our area. West Villages has become one of the top 5 selling master planned communities in the nation. For good reason - the amenities, location, beautiful array of floor plans, quality construction - they all paint a picture that is the ultimate Florida lifestyle. From consulting throughout the entire journey to helping compare resales vs new construction, we examine data that others may not. This was my vision from the start - to better inform each customer through a deeper sense of knowledge and guidance. Customers need Agents who can help them understand all of their options while home sellers need a guide who can help them compete with new construction. From our origins as a 2-person office to our team today, this is the difference we’ve delivered, and we’ve been proud to have won the Sarasota-Herald Tribune’s Venice Readers’ Choice Award for the last 3 years in a row - a tribute proving our customers agree.
As a West Villages resident, I actively attend local government and district proceedings and provide a blog to help my team, customers, and community stay up-to-the-moment on our area. My passion for knowledge has been a lifelong pursuit. Every step of my education and career has informed the vision with which I started West Villages Realty and prepared me to lead the team I do today. From earning my Associate’s in Drafting at Tulane to my MBA in Real Estate Finance, providing a higher degree of market intelligence with customer care are hallmarks of every relationship we serve.
