Ali Kochno

I’m Ali, a Florida native born and raised in Tampa, now proudly serving New Port Richey and the surrounding areas. I also spent time in Sarasota, where I continue to volunteer as a diver with Mote Marine Laboratory.

Before real estate, I spent seven years as an educator and volleyball coach. That experience shaped my approach today. I am patient, communicative, and focused on educating and guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.

With nearly six years in real estate and licensure in both Florida and Tennessee, I bring strong local knowledge, a commitment to client care, and a hands-on approach to helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence.
