Alice is an Associate Real Estate Broker and Attorney, licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Connecticut. A native Capital Region resident, she graduated from St. John's University School of Law, SUNY at Albany and Cazenovia College. For 20+ years, she owned and operated a successful three attorney law firm on Madison Avenue, in Albany, that included a busy real estate practice.
Throughout her legal career, Alice managed commercial and residential real estate portfolios; taught Landlord-Tenant Law to attorneys and real estate law to college students; served as Vice-President and Board Member for the Capital District Association of Rental Property owners (CDARPO); and published a monthly landlord advice column in the association's newsletter. After earning a number of career achievement awards, she sold her real estate holdings to The College of Saint Rose and retired from law.
Presently an Associate Broker with Cronin Real Estate NY, LLC, Alice handles commercial and residential sales, purchases and leases. Her lengthy legal experience is a major asset to negotiations, building and zoning issues, drafting and reviewing leases, closing prep, etc. Although involved in all types of real estate transactions, she specializes in the representation of commercial purchaser and tenants.
