Wanting to follow in her family’s ambitious footsteps, Alice graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing. However, her first official experience in the workforce was not in real estate but in the restaurant business. As a hospitality entrepreneur, Alice developed a sharp ability to understand and deliver the needs of customers to provide a pleasurable and personalized experience — valuable tools that she would later apply to her work as an agent.

Before she formally became a consultant, Alice dabbled in property management in her teens, already possessing a firm understanding of the business thanks to her parents’ prowess. At 21, she purchased her first investment, successfully flipping a fourplex into rental properties.
