Alice Hurst

Alice is a native of Effingham County and graduated from Effingham County High and went on to obtain her BBA in Marketing with emphasis in Sales from Georgia Southern University. Right out of college she went to work for a builder/developer not knowing what she really wanted to do. After working with the builder/developer for 2 years she had the opportunity to interview with a national warranty company and got the job to represent 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty in the Southeast as a Builder Sales Rep/Risk Management Specialist. She worked for 2-10 traveling and working with new home builders from Augusta, GA to the Jacksonville, FL state line and all areas in between for 14 years. During her years with 2-10 she gained a wealth of knowledge about new home warranties, new home construction and remodeling. She chose to resign from her career of 14 years to quit traveling and stay close to home to help her parents and spend more time with family. She and her husband of 15 years, Clint who is also a native now raise their 4-year-old son, Carson in the community. Her knowledge of construction, love for the community and passion for providing outstanding customer service have made her well known in the construction industry for 14 years and is what led her to obtain her real estate license. With her love for people, construction, and marketing she knows she will be able to help many people in the real estate industry and she looks forward to her new venture and being able to work in the community.
