My husband and I were first time homebuyers and knew very little about the process. Alice got us involved in a FTH class that taught us a lot of information. She would send us houses to consider and I would send her houses that we wanted to see. She got us in them right away. Once we found the house we couldn't live without, she got our offer written up and sent right over. Alice was very flexible with who we wanted to use as far as our lender and settlement company. Alice was wonderful during the whole process. She was always available and able to answer any questions we had. She also came out multiple times just so we could go over the home again and again. She also looked out for all our interests and stayed on top of the sellers to get things done we requested.
