Originally from New York City, Alice graduated from Duke University. Today, she is the co-owner of J+B Projects, a company that specializes in home development, staging and interior design. Currently she is on the Board of Directors for The Delray Beach Historical Society and volunteers for Impact 100 PBC . She and her family have made the Delray Beach area home since 2009. Alice and her husband first settled into Gulf Stream, while their children attended The Gulf Stream School. Since then they moved to East Delray and East Boca Raton as their their children went on to attend St. Andrew's School and Boca Raton Community High School.
Prior to earning her real estate license, Alice spent several successful years in the highly competitive and demanding world of publishing. Working for some of the world’s most renowned brands, including Time, Inc. and Entertainment Weekly Magazine as a Photo Editor for more than a decade, her eye for detail is second to none. Marrying her photography skills with a love of art and architecture, Alice has a unique eye for design and staging so she has the ability to help her clients see all the potential in a property.
