As a mortgage lender, I have the opportunity to work with a lot of different Realtors and am able to see how they respond in a lot of different situations. Alice is a "top performer" in my experience. She always seeks the client's best interest even above her own. She is a "no pressure" salesperson, and is continually studying to improve her craft and increase the value she brings to her clients. She has innovative approaches to marketing, is detail-oriented, kind, and ALWAYS has a sunny disposition! I am always eager to work with her on transactions and I never hesitate to refer people to her for real estate help and expertise!

I had the pleasure of working with Alice on a transaction where she represented the buyer and I was representing the seller. From the onset of our transaction, I found Alice to be extremely professional and cooperative. As we entered the inspection phase of the contract, we ran into some challenges that needed to be worked through. Alice maintained a high level of integrity and worked with me in finding solutions to mutually benefit our clients. I could not recommend Berkshire Hathaway and Alice Toy more highly. Alice was phenomenal every step of the way. She is so knowledgable about the entire home search and buying process. She helped us find the right area for us, which was great since we were coming from out of state and weren't familiar with Florida.
