Alichia Webster

Alichia Webster is a licensed Associate Broker/Realtor with Keller Williams Realty in Birmingham, Alabama. Alichia is a full-time real estate professional since 2012, a multi-million-dollar producer, a member of the Agent Leadership Council, Chair of the Culture Committee’s Outreach Team, and holds memberships with the Birmingham Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Alichia has extensive knowledge and experience in residential sales, commercial sales, investment properties, new construction, and corporate relocation.

Alichia goes the extra mile to ensure her clients are well-taken care of in the real estate transaction and is passionate about working with first-time home buyers as well as engaged and newlywed couples looking to Say “I Do” to Home-ownership. Alichia state’s “the needs and concerns of my clients are my number one priority.”

Alichia thrives on helping to serve, inspire, and empower others. She is a life-long resident of Birmingham, a devoted wife of 32-years and a loving mother.

Alichia is founder of the A-LIST Network, LLC, Birmingham’s premier networking group. The A-List is a team of professional Realtors, whose goal is to make valuable connections with career-minded professionals looking to share advice, resources and referrals through networking and community service.

Since its’ inception in 2015, The A-LIST has successfully organized multiple networking mixers and non-profit fundraising events for Children’s of Alabama NICU, Housing Authority of the City of Birmingham Scholarship Foundation, The Dannon Project, a Back to School Backpack and Supply Giveaway benefiting students in the Birmingham City Schools, and actively participated in a Cajun Cook-off fundraiser two years in a row for Girl’s, Inc. of Central Alabama.

The A-List has been featured on several media outlets including WBRC Fox 6 News Good Day Alabama, The Joe Lockett Show, a popular talk radio show, and Magic City Radar, an online blog magazine in Birmingham. The A-List’s goal is to serve and give back to our community.
