About ALICIA

A long-time Northern New Jersey resident, Alicia is celebrating her 37th year in real estate covering all phases of the business. She holds the highest designation of Realtor as a Broker Associate® and also is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS®).

She started in the property management side of the business and quickly learned about real estate sales, single-family resales, multi-family, condominiums, co-ops, and new construction.

She currently serves as CEO/Team Leader/Business Strategist for Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan, as well as Team Leader for the Acciardi Home Team.

From 2011-2014 she represented National Resources of Greenwich CT. As a member of their onsite team she oversaw the conversion of Edgewater’s Unilever facility to luxury loft-style condominiums, The Pearl.

From 2005 to 2009, she was the Director of Sales on-site for “A” Condominium in Jersey City for the developer, the Athena Group of New York City. This project was one of the most successful new construction projects in recent years. While representing Athena, we transacted almost 250 new sales for over $125 million dollars.

Alicia’s specialties include residential real estate brokerage, luxury homes, probate, condominiums, coops, and multi families. Alicia also holds an SRES® designation, which uniquely qualifies her to assist seniors in home sales and purchases. She also holds an SFR® designation, making her a short sale/foreclosure expert. Alicia holds a BA in Political Science from Seton Hall University.

She is fluent in Spanish and active community volunteer supporting the Morris County Soup Kitchen and Toni’s Kitchen in Montclair. She has also served as a CASA advocate in Morris County helping foster care children in transition. She lives in Parsippany, NJ with her husband and has two grown sons.
