In addition, I've found that the latest methods of technology and social media are enabling me to do everything I've always done, just much quicker and efficiently. Working with Alicia to buy my home was a great experience. I had a ton of questions and was pretty stressed out about the whole process. Alicia was always available to help with whatever I needed and she really made the process enjoyable. I always felt like she was on top of everything and really wanted what was best for me. If I ever buy or sell again she will absolutely be the one I call!

I think one of the most importance qualities for your real estate agent to have is trustworthiness. When it comes to selling your home which is a huge asset, you want to know your agent cares about your goals and priorities, which Alicia was very skilled at. Before we even started the process of listing our home, Alicia came prepared with a folder of information including recent sales in the neighborhood and what comparable would be if we sold now. She had great communication up until we actually listed which continued through the whole process through closing and beyond. Our house was booked solid in showings for the whole weekend and was under contract in 24 hrs. She let us know what to expect every step of the way which made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Alicia for any of your real estate needs.

I wasn’t quite ready to make a purchase yet but Alicia helped me out big time with all of the questions I had and explained the whole buying process, and let me know exactly what to expect when I am ready to buy.
