About Alicia

Alicia was born and raised a US Navy brat in Rota, Spain. She moved to the USA when she was in college and graduated with a degree in multinational business & marketing from Florida State University in 1998. For the last 20 years, she calls Woodstock, Georgia her home. Her husband, Nathan, and she has three daughters and one son-in-law. They are active members of a local church and love their community.

After college, Alicia moved to Atlanta and started working for a telecom startup. She loved being a part of a company that was built from the ground up allowing her to get experience in many aspects of business operations and cross-functional teamwork. From there she took her experience to a pricing and marketing role in a large multinational technology corporation. This gave her more exposure to different business units and again working with and across multiple teams to accomplish common objectives for business success. All her prior experiences has helped mold her into the realtor she is today serving others.

Alicia desires to collaborate with clients one-on-one and help them achieve their goals by getting to know them, understanding their needs/wants, educating them, and guiding them toward wise real estate decisions. She will walk with you every step of the way from contract to close! She is so thankful for her relationships with current and past clients and the referrals received to further grow her business. She represents both Sellers and Buyers and specialize in home sales throughout North Metro Atlanta - Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, Kennesaw, Marietta, Acworth, Woodstock, and Canton. She is fluent in both English & Spanish and have been licensed since 2005. She holds her Associate Broker license with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage.
