Alicia Chapman

Broker/Owner at Realty One Group, Engage. Alicia was born and raised in South Florida, and her love for beaches, boats and where she lives reflects that. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BA in International Political Science. She went on to pursue her master’s degree in International Conflict Analysis in London, England, UK. After moving back to South Florida, in 2004, where the weather is warmer, she decided to team up with her mom, Debra Parker, in her Real Estate business. Debra and her decided to become Brokers together and stared their own independent brokerage. In 2019 they decided to take their love of what they do and share it with others, and they joined the Realty One Group Family. It was the best decision they ever made; it has allowed them to help take their Real Estate rockstar family to the next level.
