Alicia is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge of real estate, construction, and negotiation meant that our time was always used wisely. More importantly, it meant that I got the house! As a first-time homebuyer, I needed A LOT of handholding. Alicia explained everything and made this process easy. My broker for life!

Alicia is extremely easy to work with. She communicates all options succinctly and provides experience tested strategies and methodologies to achieve your real estate goals. Additionally, she understands your goals and drives to meet them, while making all negotiations between parties as straightforward and transparent to her clients. I would highly recommend her and would work with her again (but I hope I don’t because I now live in my dream house).

Alicia helped me buy my first home in a very competitive market. I could not recommend her more highly. From the first point of contact, Alicia was highly responsive and available to me 24/7. She was tireless in finding listings that might be of interest, and even previewed a few properties we weren't sure about. She taught me what to look for, and is well-versed in many different neighborhoods in the city. We visited a wide variety of properties to narrow down what I was interested in, and she helped me understand what type of options were available in my price range, and how they might appreciate over time. Alicia was flexible with same- and next-day scheduling. Her patience also stood out; I was able to visit the property I ended up buying several times. Along the way, she helped out by dropping off earnest money, making copies of keys, and even gifting some repair work that was completed after closing. Her incredible work ethic still amazes me! If you need a realtor, look no further. I can't imagine anyone working harder on your behalf. On a personal note, she's just fun to work with and makes the process as stress-free as possible. Alicia was our agent that helped us find and buy our new home in Sherwood, OR
She also helped us sell our home in Bull Mt. in Tigard by holding many open houses and showing that house on requests from other realtors. She is very nice and so knowledgeable about buying or selling a home. She gave us time to look around the 3 homes that were for sale and we we bought the 3rd house we saw. It was listed by the McCabe Real Estate Group in Sherwood, OR. That night we called Alicia and she started the buying process. Alicia was with us at the closing and signing of the papers. She also was at the new house when we had our handyman Francisco come by to get bids on removing a huge rock fireplace and other bathroom remodeling requests. She is a fantastic agent and now a forever friend.

Alicia is friendly, professional and an amazing realtor one who would go above and beyond and even skip lunch just to make sure your needs are met and in our case until we found our home.
