Alicia Jones went above beyond to find the perfect home for my family! I can't think of a better gift than celebrating the holidays in a new home that is truly ours. Answering any and all questions, timeliness when addressing concerns. We had a wonderful time going through what we thought would be a long, stressful process. That definitely wasn't the case. As soon as we said this is it, Alicia was on the phone and preparing our offer. We beat out 3 others! She made sure to inquire about the security system that the seller had on the home, 35 repairs per our inspection and got our closing costs covered; she was able to negotiate and get it all! We will forever be grateful; and appreciate Alicia's knowledge, professionalism and patience in making this happen!
