"Several months ago we learned that our son's construction job in Dallas, Texas was completed, and he would be relocating to head-up a large construction project in Smyrna, Tennessee. Coincidently, we had already booked a trip to Nashville for a quick little get-a-way vacation.

On the way to Tennessee we decided to check out the real estate market in the area and see if we could help our son purchase a home. Quite by luck, we contacted Alicia Maart with your office.

Alicia was one of the most responsive real estate agents we have ever worked with in our lives, and we have done in excess of 15 real estate purchase transactions. Alicia checked many different properties and since we had already returned to San Diego, she sent very detailed videos of each property and was very responsive to all of our inquiries. My wife and I were looking to move to Tennessee from Florida. Alicia made the transition smooth and easy. Moving is hard enough when you’re trying to by a house let alone from one state to the next and not being able to see homes in person. Alicia was thorough.
