Alicia McCree

I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools as a Myers Park High School Graduate. I am the proud mother of two grown children, one boy and girl. After graduating from Johnson C. Smith University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, I began my first career in Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools as school teacher for 6-years before transitioning out of the classroom as an academic coach and instructional facilitor for the AVID and academic gifted programs.

From those experiences, I became interested in school leadership and was selected to participate in the NC Principal Fellows Program at UNC-Charlotte. After completion of a Master's Degree in School Administration, I served as a school assistant principal for 5-years and school principal for 10-years in the same school district. While working as a school principal at two local charter schools, I received my Doctor of Education (E.dD) Degree at Wingate University and am currently working as an educational consultant.

With over 28-years of experience in education, I am excited to continue teaching and learning in the real estate business, which I began June 2022. I have spent my adult years serving others and it brings me joy. My goal is to provide each client with outstanding customer service to meet their unique needs.
