When I decided to move, I contacted Alicia to help me sell my house and purchase a new one. Alicia is very professional, knowledgeable, supportive, honest, and easy to work with. This entire journey took place during the Covid-19 pandemic and Alicia was extremely careful and worked very hard to ensure my safety, the safety of the potential buyers of my house, as well as the safety of the sellers of my potential new home. The house selling process went as well as anyone could have expected. Alicia did a fantastic job of guiding me on how to prep my house for showings and ensured that the listing and photos would attract many potential buyers. Because of this, I received several strong offers and my house was under contract after being listed for only 3 days, and quite a bit more than the listing price. The search for my new home took a bit longer than anticipated due to the specific needs I had. Alicia was very patient with me during the entire process. We looked at many potential places, and she wrote up several offers before finally getting under contract. Alicia did a great job helping me through the inspection, the appraisal, and everything else. She was more than willing to explain and walk through all of the necessary paperwork and forms to make sure I understood what it was I was signing and that I was comfortable with and terms and conditions in them. Overall, I am so happy with how everything went and am excited to be in my new home!
