Alicia Small

With prior experience at two large brokerages and as an assistant to a top producing agent, Alicia is ready to build her business to the next level. She is super excited about joining JPAR Magnolia Group because she believes this company will give her the tools needed to grow and expand.

Alicia is a divorced mother of two and a graduate of Columbia College with a degree in Psychology. She traveled with the military working for the government until she settled back down in Columbia, SC. She worked at Verizon Wireless for 16 years before stepping out on faith and leaving that career to start her own business. She is a serial entrepreneur and has started several businesses which all led her to the business of real estate. She learned from each of the businesses and connected with wonderful, like-minded people that she has built relationships that help her in real estate. She loves people and loves motivating people to strive to do what they desire to do. She loves real estate and helping families make moves, whether it’s selling a home, buying a home, obtaining a commercial place for business or investing in real estate.
