About Alicia

Born and raised in Columbus, OH. I Graduated from Reynoldsburg HS in 1999 and went to college at OSU Newark. I started in commercial real estate in 2007 at CBRE located in Downtown Columbus. I was not challenged enough putting together quarterly market reports at CBRE that I decided switch to Newmark Knight Frank and be there Administrative Manager. I enjoyed helping with property management and I learned so much. I finished my commercial real estate career in 2013 when I decided to start selling Residential Real Estate. Through the years at e-Merge I have gained so much knowledge to better serve buyers and sellers. My mom's 2 sisters were real estate agents and I feel right home at e-Merge!

I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through my first home buying experience. Alicia Wolfzorn was welcoming and thoughtful, and patient with my many questions. She listened so well to what I was looking for and provided good feedback about homes, neighborhoods, and pricing to help me find exactly what I was I wanted. She helped me through all the negotiations and got me a great deal on the house, exactly in my price range. I will be referring Alicia to everyone looking for a house!
