I’m not even sure where to begin with Alina. When we first met with her and discussed our wants and needs, she was very receptive! We in the beginning were all over the map with where we wanted to be, what we wanted in a house and where we needed to be financially as first time homebuyers. From the day we first toured our home to the day of closing, she was on point. She made our position very firm with the seller and their agent. Made sure our demands were met and things were handled, that were imperative to closing the deal. Each day we pull into the driveway and still in astonishment that we’re homeowners. We couldn’t have done it without her. We are forever grateful to Alina for her hard work!! If you think you can’t do it, Alina will get it done for you!! Nobody will push her clients around!!! Thank You Alina for making this lifetime milestone a reality!!!!

Phenomenal experience
Alina is one of the best persons I have met in my life. She came into my life like an Angel, she made everything so easy for me, she helps me understand this world of buying a house and she made so easy. she fought for me when things didn’t go my way, to the point of changing my bank team because they were not working to our standers. When I fell, I was losing focuses and can got me back on track. I felt like I was the only person she cares about in this world LOL. She works so hard until the last minute to make this crazy processed a smooth ride for me. I felt I wasn’t a client to her I was familia; she rename me to Pitbull Mr.978 and that made top of the line for me. I would recommend to the world.

My fiance and I started our home buying journey about 2 years ago. We were rebuilding our credit, looking at houses, weighing different financing options, and saving. It was a long and tedious process that I could not imagine going through without Alina on our side of the transaction. Alina never lost patience with us, never made us feel undervalued, etc. There were multiple times that our transaction had roadblocks.. I was referred to Alina, from a friend who purchased a home with her a little over a year ago. As a first-time homebuyer, buying a home felt very intimidating at first. However, Alina held my hand through the entire process, I couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process. She was so knowledgeable about the market in the area I was looking and provided me with great insight as we begin my search. Expert Level Real Estate Agent
Alina went above and beyond for my family when selling our home. I told her I had a deadline to meet in 30 days and we closed within 20 days! These results obviously cannot be guaranteed for everyone but she did everything she could and was spectacular at every step of the process. We can’t emphasize enough how dedicated and how much perseverance she shows in her endeavors to master her craft. She truly is an expert in her field, extremely knowledgeable, caring, & empathetic. She uses all resources available to her to help you. Selling a home is a stressful experience, but ours was a breeze due to her diligence and hard work. I mean how many people might come through for you on holidays, even her anniversary and weekends?? We obviously can’t guarantee those results but it just goes to show some of the things she made happen for us. Her marketing strategies are top notch. We trusted her judgment wholeheartedly as it was obvious that she was extremely knowledgeable and does the necessary research. Her interpersonal skills with the other agents made this a seamless transaction as she is extremely personable and professional. There are too many good things about her to list however I would recommend her to any and everyone hoping to buy or sell a home.
