After living in our house for over 25 years, we put it on the market before we thought it was ready, but Alisa insisted and gave us a list of what she thought we needed to do and also what we didn't need to do. The day finally came for it to officially go on the market. The first HOUR Alisa got 3 appointments set and the first people were coming in 2 hours! They were a some very nice people and our house was what they were looking for. We had an offer that afternoon! Alisa stayed on the process all the way through closing and it was seamless and smooth. Luckily we had 30 days to get packed up and moved! Our pricing was right for us as well as the buyers. Alisa communicates very well and got it done beautifully! jimwalters

Our house in New Hampshire sold to the first buyer who looked at it...so the pressure was on to quickly find a home in the Fort Worth area. Alisa was recommended from a co-worker and she was awesome. Alisa was very responsive and made herself immediately available. We spent my entire first weekend looking at homes from Eagle Mountain lake area to Southlake and many towns in between. Moving from NH to TX was a bit of culture shock and her knowledge of the area was impressive. I moved up the visit by my wife to Ft Worth a few weeks and again Alisa made herself available and my wife loved her. When things got a rocky with the seller she negiotiated the issues very professionally and in our favor. We do not intend to buy another home in the area, but if we did Alisa would get our business. I recommended Alisa to a co-worker and they rave about her as well. I can't recommend her strongly enough. Do yourself a favor and give her a call and an opportunity for your business. I have been working with Alisa on a home purchase and she has been nothing but gracious and wonderful to work with. We bid on two houses, looked at several more, and I had to back out due to financial circumstances, but through it all, Alisa was amazing. Buying a house with Alisa was like going house shopping with your most trusted friend. She was super honest, very hard working, generous, and fun to be around! I am a night owl and I would occasionally send text or emails to her at 1 or 2 in the morning, she would always reply back to me within a few minutes. I am 90% certain we will be living in our new home for the next 20-40 years, so I am super sad that I might not be able to work with her again. She actually made this whole process smooth for my entire family, and that could not have been easy! We moved across the country and my family was scattered all over. She made it feel like we were all together and that my wife and I were an equal part of the deal. I had to fly in alone for one weekend of power house hunting to find our dream home.
