As an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Alisa has helped many families relocate to the area. Alisa also earned a Historic Homes Specialist designation and is certified as a Knoxville Ambassador. She has served on the Associate Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty Knoxville -West.

Alisa has received multiple Customer Service Awards for Outstanding Customer Service from Keller Williams Southeast Region. In 2010, Alisa was named Karns Business Person of the Year. On a personal note, one of Alisa's passions is education. As Past President of the Karns High School PTSA (where she was active for 9 years), Alisa was instrumental in spearheading the redesign of the front entrance to Karns High School to make it more welcoming to the students and esthetically pleasing to the community. 2011 - 2014, Alisa served as Representative for Karns High School on the Knox County Schools Family and Community Engagement District Advisory Council. Alisa was appointed to the Tennessee Technological University Parent Association Board of Trustees in 2011 and was elected Chairperson of the Board for 2012-2013.
Alisa is married with two children. Her son, Ross, is a Civil and Environmental Project Engineer and her daughter, Martha,(who resides in Charlotte) is Training and Development Coordinator for Northwest Mutual Life Insurance. In her spare time she enjoys playing with her English Bulldog, Wallace, baking from her grandmother's recipes, working in her garden and koi pond, visiting antique shops and yard sales, reading the occasional legal thriller, traveling and spending time with her children.
