I have over 30 years of extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry, including Mortgage Banking and Underwriting Mortgage Loans as well as experience in overseeing a very busy Real Estate Office as the General Manager. In 2009 I obtained my license as a Realtor® and began using my knowledge and skills to directly work with Buyers and Sellers. I also specialize in providing Broker Price Opinions (BPO), Property Inspections, and Valuations to the Banking and Financing Industry. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and an REO Specialist.
