I moved to Oregon in 2007 and cannot imagine living anywhere else again. As a child, my family moved often, and so I was exposed to many types of real estate, in a variety of settings. This helped me to appreciate all the characteristics a good house consists of, as well as the importance of one’s surroundings. The right home can aid in an individual’s and family’s lifestyle in ways sometimes overlooked. Since I was a teenager, I started to research the local residential housing market and monitoring it on a somewhat regular basis. I took every interior design class I could. Later, in college, I tried out a few architecture classes and created novelty floor plans for fun. I began to research the local commercial property market several years later. I have always held a passion for quality construction, the mood and feel of different houses, as well as unique and nostalgic features that can really heighten the character of property. It was only a matter of time before I started to utilize my skills at Keller Williams to help others find their perfect home or investment property.
