Wow! From selling my house, for full asking price in a descending market, to successfully getting me an acre and a half of land, Alisha was phenomenal. Alisha Meginnis was God sent I came from Sacramento, California to Phoenix to find my forever home here and we met Alisha from the get go she listened to all my needs she knew I was handicapped and I needed more space for my wheelchair she took me to several houses but always keeping in mind my health and my needs. From the time we started the journey until the very end when we found our home she was right on top of it keeping me informed in the process of building my house till the day I moved in she was there . I would say she made this a stress free process I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs someone to be right by their side Alisha is the one . Wow, Wow, Wow. I worked with Alisha to sell our house. She got a profressional photographer to take pictures, videos, and drone footage of the house. We received multiple offers in just 3 days! All this happened while we moving across country.
She is detail orientated, follws up to make sure we stayed on top of all deadlines, kept us updated throughout the whole process. She checked up on our house mutiple times during the closing time period to make sure everything was fine. Very professional!
